To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Custom-mixed, tinted, or personalised products cannot be returned, unless faulty
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom-mixed or tinted paint products
Opened or used paint containers
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
